The B5 Boutique Hotel is a stylish retreat in the heart of Lugano – urban, charming, and a little different. We celebrate character, love good design, and focus on genuine, attentive service. Since opening, we’ve been steadily growing – and now we’re looking for someone to join our reception team.

Who We’re Looking For
An open, organized individual with heart and a clear overview. You’re a host, problem-solver, and local expert – all in one. If you enjoy working with people, can think quickly, and love ensuring guests have a great stay, keep reading.

Your Role
– Greet our guests warmly – in person, by email, or over the phone
– Manage check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
– Coordinate bookings, keep track of payments, and respond swiftly to guest requests
– Provide helpful recommendations for exciting experiences in Lugano and the surrounding area
– Help ensure smooth hotel operations, even behind the scenes

What You Bring
– Experience at the reception or in a comparable role within hospitality or the service industry
– You communicate confidently in German, Italian, and English – additional languages are a plus
– You work in a structured manner, remain calm under pressure, and have an eye for detail
– You’re flexible, solution-oriented, and a team player
– You enjoy simplicity, think proactively, and bring your own ideas to the table
