Federico Hurth

We first saw Federico at an exhibition at Galleria Doppia V and admired his artworks. The theme was 'Waisted Youth.' Photographs that depict a particular side of our world and, thus, our lives. Real, honest, open, and raw. Not always easy to grasp—probably because many haven’t seen these worlds in real life.

For me, Fede’s art is like a trampoline. You jump high, see more, but land back in your place — at least most of the time.

In the contradictions of life, we find the truth. They are two sides of a whole that can only be fully understood when seen together.
