When Fabio delivers the coffee, he bows to the machine almost like a priest to the altar. Then, together, we optimize the grind and the amount, adjust this or that, until everything is just a millimeter or milligram better.

With a few espressos and coffee stories, we spend some time together, right next to a (coffee machine) legend: the FaemaE61. It’s always a pleasure when he visits us. Not to mention that the coffee is roasted in his grotto. He also makes the best gnocchi and a world-class tiramisu with Farina Bóna. The pasta is also homemade. He runs the grotto in Intragna together with his fantastic wife, Claudia.
